simple. panda with Millie Daviss and the promotion push!

We went to watch Millie Daviss and the Norwich City Women against London Bee's in the latest game chasing promotion.

Following on from our recent outing seeing Lilyella Craw-Seaman at her boxing event, we went to another one of our local ambassador's fixture with us seeing Millie Daviss and the NCFC Women at The Nest.

It was a busy afternoon down at The Nest with lots of Norwich fans in their yellow and green kits and scarves flocked to see the latest match - which had all the potential to be a cracker.

The players looked focussed and ready to get to work as the referee blew the whistle to get us under way. Both sides started well however it was Norwich who were looking the more dominant with the ball. Each time they went forward it was causing havoc for London Bee's and eventually they found their opener.

As the half wore on NCFC were peppering the opponents defence and managed to get another quickfire goal to make it 2-0 at half time.

The second half was a bit of a different story, with London Bee's coming out the stronger side. They were much more in control and provided some great attacking threats, but struggled to find the back of the net. NCFC finally put them to the sword and notched a late third, which all but ended the Bee's attempt at any form of comeback.

After the game I managed to catch up with Millie. She's always such fun to be around and it was a pleasure to watch her play, as having previously played with her during a business footballing event I knew what to expect.
