Shipping policy

thank you for ordering - we're just as excited as you are for you to join the panda gang!

we aim to process orders within 48 hours of receiving them Monday-Friday. Any orders made after 17:00 on a Friday will be picked up first thing Monday and processed as usual. 

you should receive an update once we have received your order and once your order is on the way.

we have two delivery methods; standard and express. standard is our untracked Royal Mail service that takes between 1-3 days after being sent. express is tracked Royal Mail and usually arrives between 1-2 days.
